Asian Boy

Normalmente não sou fã de Action Figures, mas desta vez rendi-me. Encontrei este agente da autoridade à venda no Minipreço. Já há mais tempo tinha lá visto os bonecos desta marca e tinha comprado um bombeiro para oferecer a um amigo dessa especialidade. E nessa altura tinha ficado com a ideia de que os bonecos desta marca até tinham bons acessórios e o "ar" deles não era muito rasca.

Desta vez não haviam bombeiros, mas sim dois polícias e um skater. O rosto de um dos agentes cativou-me logo, por ser diferente e muito realista. Mas quando bati com os olhos neste asiático....teve mesmo de ser.

E não é que valeu mesmo a pena?

Usually I'm not a big fan of Action Figures but this time I surrendered. I found this agent for sale in a cheap store. I've seen this kind of AF there before and I even bought e Fire Fighter to offer as a gift.  That time I thought that those AF weren't that bad and "cheap" looking and they had good accessories.
This time that didn't have Fire Fighters, only two Policemen and a Skater. The face of one of the cops caught my attention because it was different from the dolls I'm used to and very realistic. But when my eyes caught this Asian boy..I really had to buy it.
And it was worth it!

Os acessórios são mais que muitos, realistas e de qualidade igual ou superior à dos antigos Action Man. As peças encaixam umas nas outras, sem defeitos. As fitas têm fivelas que funcionam e as armas têm elásticos para segurar ao boneco.

He came with lots of accessories, very realistic and with same or higher quality than the ones of the older Action Man. The different pieces fit together, flawless. The ties have buckles that work and the guns have elastic to hold.

É altamente articulado, até tem a articulação "pivotal" se é que me posso referir a isso nestes bonecos. Aqui não dá para ver, mas tem finas madeixas ruivas.

He's highly jointed, like the pivotal Barbie type (don't know if it's right to say this in this kind of dolls). It's not visible in the photo but he even has auburn highlights.

Desvantagens: obviamente não pode vestir roupa dos Kens Fashionistas, só dos mais antigos. Os sapatos do Ken também não lhe servem. As luvas são as mãos. Mas pelo menos não são simplesmente mãos pintadas (como no Action Man). parecem mesmo luvas removíveis. Até alimentei uma esperança pequenina que dessem para tirar até ter o boneco nas minhas mãos e perceber que não. mas um dia se me chatear tento pôr a cabeça num corpo Fashionista ;)

Disadvantages: obviously he can't wear Fashionistas clothing only the ones from older Kens. Ken shoes don't fit him either. The gloves are the hands. But at least they aren't just painted hands (like in Action Man) they actually look like removable gloves, only they aren't. But it's ok, if I get tired of this body, I might find a Fashionista one for him.
