Os cromos representavam as Barbies e roupas mais famosas destes dourados anos 90. Ficavam um bocadinho pegajosos de virem agarrados às pastilhas, mas era muito divertido! *** This picture is from a little Barbie sticker album, from 1995, which stickers were available with chewing gums! Why don't they produce this things again? The stickers pictured the most famous Barbies and her fashions from the golden 90's. It tended to be a little sticky, because they came around the chewing gums, but it was so funny!

2017 and Mori Girls

Hi everybody! I guess this is my first 2017 post and also the first in a while :) As usual, my busy life keeps me from coming here more often, but I'm far from leaving this sweet corner behind. I promise to update myself in your blogs too soon. Meanwhile, let me present you my newest collection from my Etsy shop: the Mori Girls series!! I've got 2 sweet girls ready so far. I recently came across the Mori Girl lifestyle and I just love it! It almost completely describes myself and it's just adorable. Mori girl translates from the Japanese into Forest Girl. It's a look and a lifestyle created in Japan around 2010. The goal is to look as if you're living in the woods, dressing in its colors, with mainly loose outfit pieces and lots and lots of layering. It's ok to use ruffles, lace, natural materials and whimsical accessories. And that is all these girls are about.  The first in the series is called Maya. And now there's Lily too. ...

Another Collection Update

I've been away for awhile but my collection isn't frozen in time. It has grown at a steady, slow pace to keep finances under control and a collection based on good taste and quality instead of just quantity. Anyway I've also been very busy in my professional and personal life so I don't have lots of imagination right now. Here goes the update to my collection (as far as I can remember): My Clara doll was a gift from my friend Patricia, but she came to me nude. Once in a while I got her a nice dress but Patricia surprised me again and she gave me Marzipan's ballerina dress. Clara was very happy and she loves to pose with her new dress. This Haute Côuture gown has been running away from me since it was released, some 19 years ago. It's rare and expensive. Some while ago I bought one from a Spanish woman but she kept the money and never sent the dress. Finally it's in my collection, no more running. Ok this isn't such a great find, but I alw...
